We evaluated several countries and deliberately chose Uzbekistan. Here we find what an export-oriented technology center needs: clear rules, fast procedures, a reliable administration and a state that explicitly promotes IT exports.
As a resident of IT Park Uzbekistan, we work within the resident regime for IT companies. Our activities are aligned with the approved catalogue, from software development through data processing and control systems to the development of high-tech systems.

Has worked with computer technology since 1985. Built internet providers in Paraguay, Brazil and India with radio backbones spanning more than 500 kilometers, set up IPTV centers from Bishkek to Beirut and built his own data center in Paraguay. Creator of ZAVET and SIPES.

Chief Executive Officer
Runs the commercial side of the company: contracts, banking, administration and cooperation with authorities and partners. Responsible for invoicing and payment channels across the network.
They are joined by the development team in Colombo, focused on full stack, cloud, DevOps and support, and by technical operations at the data center site in Paraguay.
